In this episode, I brought on my sister, Geneva, to explore various view points of religion and spirituality.

As I started to have questions about the belief system I grew up in, I started to see a lot of the harmful messaging that can be present in a fundamental and evangelical culture.

our views shifted from dogmatic belief to something more filled with curiosity.

As I began to explore further into this, I see that while there can be beauty in a religious community, there are many other sides to this coin. And my mission today, is to share mine and my sister's experience with the whole picture.

I'll be sharing how I began to understand more about myself in the process, and feel like I really grew from that.
I'm so excited to have Geneva join me on this episode as she really adds a wonderful perspective to this whole journey that both she and I shared.
